- Customer Response:
- If the customer confirms they want the order, we proceed with shipping.
- If the customer declines or does not confirm, the order is not shipped.
Refund Policy:
- Full Refund on Rejection Before Shipping:
- If the customer rejects the order during the initial WhatsApp confirmation, we refund both the ₹99 shipping cost and the ₹49 RTO advance fee for COD orders.
- In the case of prepaid orders, we refund the entire amount, including the product cost, ₹99 shipping fee, and ₹49 RTO fee.
- No Refund After Shipping:
- If the customer confirms the order but later requests a cancellation after the product has been shipped, the shipping and RTO fees are non-refundable.
