1. Introduction

At DropDesire.com, we are committed to providing efficient shipping services, handling Returns to Origin (RTO), and conducting a thorough Return Verification Process (RVP). This page outlines our policies regarding shipping, RTO, and RVP to ensure a smooth experience for our dropshippers.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Process: Orders are shipped promptly upon receipt from the dropshipper. We partner with reputable delivery services such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, Ekart, and XpressBees to ensure timely delivery.

  • Shipping Fee: A fixed Rs.99 shipping fee applies to all orders, regardless of whether they are prepaid or COD. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, except in cases where the WhatsApp order confirmation gets rejected.

  • Shipping Times: Delivery times typically range from 2-6 days, depending on the delivery partner and the destination. We strive to process and ship orders quickly to minimize any delays. Faster shipping reduces RTO rates and keeps your customers satisfied.

3. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

  • Definition of RTO: RTO occurs when an order is returned to our warehouse due to reasons such as delivery failures, incorrect addresses, or customer refusal.

  • RTO Fees:

    • Shipping Fee: The Rs.49 shipping fee is applicable and non-refundable for all orders, regardless of the outcome.
    • RTO Advance Fee: An additional Rs.49 advance is collected to cover potential RTO costs. This fee is refundable if the order is successfully delivered.
  • RTO Deductions:

    • Successful Delivery: If the order is successfully delivered, the Rs.49 RTO advance will be refunded within 24 hours, along with the dropshipper’s margin.
    • RTO Cases: In the case of RTO, both the Rs.99 shipping fee and the Rs.49 RTO advance are deducted, resulting in a total deduction of Rs.148 from the dropshipper’s payment.

If an RTO occurs for a prepaid order, both the Rs.99 shipping fee and Rs.49 RTO advance will be deducted from the prepaid amount. The remaining prepaid amount will be transferred back to the dropshipper’s account once the returned order is received and verified by us.

4. Return Verification Process (RVP)

  • Acceptance of Returns: Returns are accepted only if there is a defect in the product caused by the supplier. Returns due to customer dissatisfaction or perceived quality issues are not accepted.

  • RVP Procedure:

    • Initiation: To initiate a return, the dropshipper must provide evidence of the product defect, including photographs or relevant documentation.
    • Verification: Our RVP team will review the submitted evidence to confirm if the defect is caused by the supplier.
    • Approval: If the return is verified as a supplier defect, the product will be processed for return, and a refund will be issued for the defective item.
    • Non-Acceptable Returns: Returns due to customer dissatisfaction or perceived quality issues will not be processed. Refunds are issued only for verified defects.
  • Refund Timeline: Once the returned order is received and verified by us, refunds are processed immediately. The refund duration typically aligns with the shipping timeline, taking 2-6 days for the returned product to reach us, after which the refund will be credited to the dropshipper’s account.
