Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At DropDesire.com, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for our dropshippers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for orders handled through our platform.

2. Refunds for Successful Deliveries

  • Shipping Fee: A fixed Rs.99 shipping fee is charged for all orders, whether COD or prepaid. This fee is non-refundable.

  • RTO Advance: A Rs.49 RTO advance is collected on all orders to cover potential Return to Origin (RTO) costs. This Rs.49 is fully refundable within 24 hours if the order is successfully delivered.

3. Handling of Return to Origin (RTO)

  • RTO Deductions: If an order is returned to origin (RTO), a total deduction of Rs.148 will be made from the dropshipper’s payment. This deduction includes the Rs.99 shipping fee and the Rs.49 RTO advance.

  • Refund Processing for RTO: For prepaid orders, once the RTO order is received and processed by us, the remaining balance (after deducting the Rs.99 shipping fee and Rs.49 RTO advance) will be credited to the dropshipper’s account within 2-6 days.

4. Cancellations Due to Transport Issues

  • Full Refunds: If an order is canceled due to transport issues or errors on our part, the full amount paid by the dropshipper, including the Rs.99 shipping fee and Rs.49 RTO advance, will be refunded.

5. Returns Due to Product Defects

  • Acceptance of Returns: Returns will be accepted only if there is a defect in the product caused by the supplier. Returns due to customer dissatisfaction or perceived quality issues will not be processed.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, the dropshipper must provide evidence of the defect. Once verified, a refund for the defective product will be issued within 2-6 days after the Return Verification Process (RVP) starts.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Shipping Fees: The Rs.99 shipping fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or returns.

  • RTO Advance: The Rs.49 RTO advance is refundable only if the order is successfully delivered. If the order is returned to origin (RTO), this fee is not refundable.

7. How to Request a Refund

8. Modifications to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to dropshippers and will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
